At our first EYCLF Masterclass for the year, fellows were challenged to move beyond vague resolutions and adopt a structured, intentional approach to planning the year.

The session explored 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫:

• 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡– Building value, increasing relevance, and expanding influence in the marketplace.
• 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – Establishing structure, managing cash flow, and deliberately building investment capacity.
• 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 – Developing the habits, mindset, and leadership capacity required to sustain long-term success.

💡A major highlight was 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥, which emphasized translating vision into execution:

• Vision – A clear personal vision statement
• Annual – Three major outcomes for the year
• Quarterly – Focused strategic goals
• Weekly – Execution targets
• Daily – Habits and rituals that compound over time

On Sunday, 27th July 2025, we hosted another insightful edition of the Emerging Young Corporate Masterclass Series—and it was nothing short of transformational! This session was led by Frank Koomson, an Operations Associate at the Hud Group, Global, and a thought leader on generational change and leadership.

Frank delivered a powerful session on Winning the Job Hunt, walking us through the real difference between a CV and a resume—and why understanding that distinction matters. While both are vital tools, our focus zeroed in on building a strong, targeted resume that speaks directly to job roles.
